11th April 2006 - Week 23, and we're finished!
Finally, the build is complete. And the sun even came out!

We're getting very near now...plaza almost finished. And more rain, natch.

10th March 2006 - End of Week 18
Minis and funbox completed, fencing goes up around the bowl, snow, ice and generally lousy weather.

3rd March 2006 - End of Week 17
The bowl has been sprayed and finished, and much of the transitioned section is nearing completion. Work on the plaza is now well under way.

27th February 2006 - End of Week 16
The ground work for the transitioned parts is now almost finished, coping is being fixed, and they are being made ready for concrete spraying. Thus work has begun on the plaza end of the park.

19th February 2006 - End of Week 15
Most of the vertical sides of the ramps etc were poured this week, all good stuff but not that exciting to look at. The funbox and hubba has been poured and is looking good.

Photos from the end of last week (we're in week 15 at the time of writing). The first real look at the bank and high kerbs, and the coping has been fixed to the bowl.

20th January 2006 - End of Week 11

14th January 2006 - End of Week 10
First week back after the two week christmas break.

19th December 2005 - Start of Week 7
The last week before christmas, and we're comming up to the half-way point. The bowl platform is being built, and work is now starting in the rest of the park, begining with the funbox.

At the end of week 5. Just a couple of pics through the wire.

2nd December 2005 - End of Week 4
At the end of week 4. The bowl is beginning to take shape...

At the begining of week 3. All the vestiges of the old basketball court are now gone, the bank has been stripped back, and drains have gone in.

Work begins in a very rainy week in november. The site is cordoned off, the old fences are removed, and the groundwork is begun.

A few photos of the site as it is currently: the old skatepark, now devoid of ramps, and an empty basketball court next to it, which will be included in the area of the new park.
